Regular Merchandise
New, unused, unworn, and unopened regular merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or substantially different from its listing. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Vintage, Estate, Clearance, Custom & Final-Sale Items
These items are not returnable unless they were materially misrepresented in the listing. Vintage and estate pieces may show age-related wear, and we do our best to describe and photograph that honestly.
Please look closely at all photographs and descriptions before purchasing. Questions are welcome, and we are happy to provide additional photographs or closer views whenever possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an eligible item is returned, a refund will be issued according to our return policy.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
