Merchandise Shipping
The Covered Cauldron can accept merchandise orders for destinations shown as available at checkout. Shipping availability may vary by item and destination. If a shipping option is not offered for a particular item or address, that order cannot currently be shipped there.

Processing Time
Processing time varies by item. Many orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order, handmade, vintage, estate, custom, or other specially fulfilled items may need additional processing time. When a product page gives a more specific estimate, please use that estimate.
Estimated transit times begin after an order ships and may vary by carrier and destination.
Local Pickup
Some Cauldron finds may be offered for local pickup in Groveton, New Hampshire. Pickup is available only when it is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
When local pickup is selected, the details will appear in your order confirmation. If checkout does not offer local pickup for an item, that item is shipping-only at this time.
Tracking & Delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can help review the situation.
Damage in Transit
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and help with the appropriate next step.
